What to report
Ougla handles abuse reports for services and infrastructure we host or operate. We act on the following categories:
Spam
Unsolicited bulk email, phishing attempts, or fraudulent messages originating from our IP ranges or services.
Malware & Phishing
Websites or servers hosted by us that distribute malware, ransomware, trojans, or host phishing pages.
Network Attacks
DDoS attacks, port scanning, brute-force attempts, or any other hostile network activity originating from our infrastructure.
Copyright Infringement
Content hosted on our servers that violates your copyright or intellectual property rights (DMCA / EU Copyright Directive).
Illegal Content
Any content that is illegal under Swedish or EU law, including CSAM, hate speech, terrorist material, or illegal gambling.
Privacy Violations
Unauthorised publication of personal data, doxxing, or GDPR violations facilitated through our services.
How to submit a report
Send your report to [email protected] with the subject line "Abuse Report". Please include as much of the following as possible so we can investigate promptly:
- Your name and contact email address
- The IP address, domain name, or URL involved
- A clear description of the abuse or violation
- Date and time of the incident (including timezone)
- Any relevant logs, screenshots, or supporting evidence
- For copyright claims: proof of ownership and the infringing URL
Subject: Abuse Report
Response times
- Critical (CSAM, active attacks, malware): within 24 hours
- High (phishing, spam campaigns): within 48 hours
- Standard (copyright, general abuse): within 5 business days
We will acknowledge receipt of your report and keep you informed of any action taken. We do not disclose details about our customers or investigations to third parties unless required by law.
Law enforcement requests
Law enforcement agencies may contact us at [email protected]. We cooperate with lawful requests from Swedish and EU authorities in accordance with applicable law. All requests must be submitted in writing and include the relevant legal basis.
Ougla is subject to Swedish law and EU regulations including the GDPR and the Digital Services Act (DSA).
False reports
Submitting a false or malicious abuse report is a violation of our Terms of Service and may constitute an offence under applicable law. We reserve the right to take action against bad-faith reporters.
