You may cancel services at any time. Prepaid fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by Swedish consumer law. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services not yet begun.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ougla's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
7. Uptime & availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers, force majeure, or events outside our reasonable control.
8. Intellectual property
All content, designs, and materials produced by Ougla remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as agreed. You retain full ownership of content you provide to us.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with reasonable notice as specified in the service contract. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for breach of these terms or applicable law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Stockholm District Court, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify existing customers of material changes with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
